“He said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields’” (Matthew 9:37-38, NLT).
Horizontes Global is a Brazilian partner organization with a vision to double the Brazilian missionary force serving in Asia in five years. Presently there are 275 Brazilians working as missionaries in Asia. Horizontes Global, along with Shelter Now International, has formulated a proposal to partner together and purchase a center in New Zealand that would support their recruitment and training efforts. The center would also provide missionaries working in difficult areas of the world a place for renewal and refreshment.
- Praise God for the vision to see more Brazilians called to partner together for the cause of Christ. Ask God to raise up many who will follow His leading.
- Pray that the acquisition of this property would help reach the goals of the partnership.
- Pray for God’s provision as the proposal is presented to a possible funding source.
