Staff members of Wycliffe’s Human Resources (HR) team are meeting this month to review and strengthen the tools and procedures for helping new personnel to join Wycliffe. The team’s desire is to enhance the processes for matching workers to strategic assignments that are best suited to their strengths, and to do so across all classifications of Wycliffe’s personnel including support-based, short-term, and paid staff. The HR team is seeking the Lord for wisdom with a desire to know His will in these decisions, for it is His work to be accomplished.
- Please pray for this team as they desire to work with applicants and prospective staff in ways that honor and complement what God is already doing in their lives to draw them to the Bible translation ministry.
- Pray for God’s wisdom and direction for Jen Holloran, Vice President of Human Resources, and Doug Haltom, Director of Selection and Assignment.
- Pray that their meetings would result in the development of welcoming and effective procedures.
