“All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17, NLT).
Wycliffe Africa encourages and facilitates greater partnership in the African Church and reaching out to like-minded individuals and organizations to consider working and supporting the work of Bible Translation in Africa. Their desire is that all people have access to and can understand and apply God’s Word so God may be glorified in every language of the world.
- Pray for an awareness in the African Church and among individuals to support the work of Bible translation.
- Ask God to give discernment and wisdom as Wycliffe Africa seeks to identify and equip African missionaries.
- Pray that God will raise up Africans, especially from countries where a local Wycliffe organization has not be established, to share in the ministry of Bible translation.
It gives me great joy to have a part in this work by praying each day for what is posted on this site.
This weekend I really decided and became aware of the importance of praying each morning for the Lord to reveal His plan for the day not mine.
